Shipping Details

We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail, which includes tracking for your convenience and peace of mind. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.


Returns & Replacements

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the error is on our end.

Please double-check all spelling, dates, and personalization details before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors submitted during the ordering process, and we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for these types of mistakes.

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will gladly replace the item at no cost to you. Your satisfaction means everything to us, and we want you to be 100% happy with your order.
